About the Role
As a Senior Investment Associate at Northern Trust, you'll play a crucial role in delivering investment expertise and asset servicing excellence to our clients. What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth investment research and analysis to support portfolio decisions and client reporting
- Prepare financial models and performance reports for internal stakeholders and client review
- Assist in due diligence activities for new investments and strategic partnerships
- Support asset servicing operations, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing and documentation
- Collaborate with senior investment and operations teams to enhance portfolio strategies
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on investment performance and risk metrics
- Contribute to client relationship management through clear communication and timely insights
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in investment management, financial analysis, or asset servicing
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of investment products, markets, and valuation methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
