About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for an experienced Talent Partner to join their People team in London. Our client is a fast-growing embedded investment platform backed by a major UK investment group, currently scaling their hiring efforts across Product, Engineering, and other key functions.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused recruitment role where you'll own end-to-end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll report to the talent lead and work closely with hiring managers across the business, with a primary focus on technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple live roles, primarily within Product and Engineering teams, while flexing to support non-technical hiring as priorities shift
• Build robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency management, and creative outreach strategies
• Drive pace throughout hiring processes, identifying and removing blockers to keep candidates and hiring teams moving forward
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to clarify requirements, share market intelligence, and support evidence-based hiring decisions
• Maintain a high hiring bar and deliver an inclusive, engaging candidate experience without unnecessary complexity
• Use hiring data and practical insights to continuously improve recruitment delivery and share recommendations with the talent lead and wider People team

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple concurrent roles in fast-moving, scaling businesses
• Genuine expertise in Product and Engineering hiring, with the technical understanding and market knowledge to work credibly with technical teams
• Confident direct sourcing skills with proven ability to find, engage, and build relationships with high-quality candidates
• Highly delivery-focused, organised, and proactive approach with natural ability to create momentum
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information, able to pivot quickly when business priorities change
• Ability to challenge constructively while remaining pragmatic, knowing when to advise, push, or enable hiring managers to make final decisions
• Flexibility to recruit outside your core specialism when business needs require it
• Experience in fast-paced or scale-up environments is highly valuable

This role requires: Someone who thrives on active delivery rather than strategic planning, can adapt to changing priorities without fixed processes, is comfortable recruiting across multiple specialisms, understands that hiring managers own final decisions, and proactively builds pipelines rather than relying on inbound applications.

This is a hybrid role based in Holborn, London. The client operates flexible working arrangements that balance in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
