Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of client recruitment strategies from conception to delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze why clients' talent acquisition efforts are underperforming across targeting, positioning, channels, and process efficiency
• Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and present them to decision-makers at client organizations
• Acquire new clients proactively through telephone outreach, direct approach, and referrals
• Plan and manage recruitment campaigns, monitoring performance metrics throughout and adjusting based on data
• Review incoming applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and create memorable candidate experiences
• Maintain ownership of placement projects from initiation through successful hire
• Work systematically within CRM systems, track key performance indicators, and derive actionable improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine recruitment methodologies

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone with:

• Strong recruiting expertise and understanding of how audience targeting, channel selection, and process design interconnect—whether from agency, staffing services, or in-house backgrounds
• Consulting capabilities: the ability to ask incisive questions, think in solutions, and communicate recommendations that gain stakeholder buy-in
• Business development readiness: comfort with acquiring new clients as a core responsibility
• Data literacy: ability to interpret campaign metrics, recognize patterns, and take informed action
• Self-direction: capacity to manage your own workload, maintain focus after setbacks, and measure success through results
• German language proficiency for client-facing work in the Bielefeld region

Background in recruiting is valued but not mandatory—our client evaluates capability and drive over credentials. University degree, vocational training, or career transition backgrounds are all welcome.
