Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the German digital platform sector who is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive their internal enablement and CRM transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology, and growth strategy, owning the core operational infrastructure that powers sales teams and customer care functions.

Our client operates a domain-based product model where cross-functional teams have full ownership over clearly defined platform areas. As Senior Product Manager for Internal Enablement, you will translate growth strategies into a future-state vision for their operational ecosystem, driving process automation, data consistency, and tool integration to support significant business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap that transforms the current Salesforce ecosystem into a modern, scalable operational core
• Combine user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify root problems and validate high-impact opportunities systematically
• Challenge legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities, clean data flows, and clear technical boundaries between Salesforce and connected systems
• Make evidence-based prioritization decisions focused on business growth and operational scalability
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Data teams, and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle and release incremental value quickly
• Align business stakeholders across Sales and Operations, guiding internal teams through training, change management, and process adoption
• Track clear success metrics to measure operational efficiency gains while exploring AI applications to optimize workflows and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager driving large-scale CRM transformations with deep hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (certifications are a strong plus)
• Expertise in continuous product discovery and translating high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-based metrics
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and complex adjacent tools
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and drive product adoption across all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows for research, technical discovery, or prototyping to boost productivity and innovation
• Business fluency in both English and German required to collaborate effectively with tech teams and drive change management with local operational staff

Location & Working Model

This position is based in Berlin with a hybrid working model. While remote flexibility is offered, monthly presence in the office for team days, workshops, and meetings is required. Candidates should be based in Berlin or within easy commuting distance. Additional flexibility includes the possibility to work up to 30 days per year from selected EU countries.
