Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a working student to support their Finance Projects & Systems team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will contribute to demanding finance and ERP projects while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team in implementing strategic finance projects and ERP system development initiatives
• Working independently on ERP cloud platform administration, including user management, master data management, and process documentation
• Assisting with coordination and communication between key users across finance departments (Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Treasury) and external implementation partners
• Taking on operational tasks in the ERP environment as well as project management activities based on your interests and capabilities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong interest in financial processes, digitalization, AI transformation, and modern ERP systems
• Prior practical experience from internships, working student positions, or university projects
• Careful, structured, and reliable work approach
• Basic understanding of technical, organizational, and financial processes in corporate environments
• Proficiency with common office applications
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented mindset with high initiative and solution-focused thinking
• Ability to quickly learn new topics and manage them independently
• Availability for a minimum duration of 12 months
