Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Dortmund that is seeking a Social Media Manager (all genders) to join their team on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week).
In this role, you will:
- Develop social media strategies for clients across various industries
- Create content including on-site photo and video shoots at client locations
- Research current trends and develop relevant content ideas
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Produce social media content for internal marketing purposes
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- Education, degree, or practical experience in marketing, communications, or media
- Strong understanding of social media trends and key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Enthusiasm for direct client contact and independent work
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or Premiere Pro) are advantageous
- Valid Class B driver's license (required for on-site shoots)
- Structured and reliable work approach
This is a permanent, part-time position based in Dortmund with flexible scheduling between 20 and 30 hours per week. You will work with real client projects across diverse sectors in a modern office environment with flat hierarchies and opportunities for professional development.
