Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential outdoor retail organization in the DACH region, and we need a CRM and communications working student to drive customer engagement through email and messaging channels.

You will:

• Build and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo, including setup, audience segmentation, scheduling, and test sends
• Create visuals and graphics for campaigns using Canva, Figma, and AI image tools
• Prepare and launch WhatsApp campaigns through the CRM platform
• Maintain and evolve existing email and messaging templates
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click rates, revenue per campaign) and document insights
• Manage CRM data quality, including segment maintenance, list hygiene, and automation monitoring
• Set up A/B tests for subject lines, send times, and other campaign variables

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken German – you will craft subject lines and campaign copy that are on-brand and error-free
• Currently enrolled student in any discipline
• Proficiency with Canva or Figma, with a good eye for which visuals work and which don't
• Strong attention to detail – campaigns reach tens of thousands of recipients, so accuracy matters
• Self-directed work style with the confidence to ask questions when needed

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for a working student role in Mannheim.
