Sales Consultant Sustainability Real Estate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainability consulting organization seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will take ownership of business development activities and work collaboratively to deliver solutions for complex client challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acquiring new clients for sustainability solutions while developing and nurturing existing client relationships within the real estate sector
• Identifying potential clients and relevant decision-makers within the property industry and proactively engaging with them
• Continuously expanding your professional network and representing the organization at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
• Analyzing client challenges and developing appropriate solution approaches in collaboration with sustainability experts
• Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through service presentations and proposal development to successful contract closure
• Maintaining sales activities and opportunities reliably in the CRM system to ensure transparent pipeline management

• A completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally related to real estate, business administration, sustainability, or a related field
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or early career roles in real estate, consulting, sustainability, or sales
• Fundamental understanding of the real estate industry and genuine interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and building decarbonization
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident presence, and motivation to actively approach potential clients and new contacts
• Enthusiasm for networking and willingness to represent the organization regularly at events, trade fairs, and industry meetings
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
