Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Manager [*] – deutschlandweit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of social media marketing initiatives, working closely with product teams, manufacturers, and external partners across paid social, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.

Social Media Advertising: You will plan, brief, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Reddit. Budget management and performance tracking are key, especially during peak trading periods like Black Week.

Influencer Marketing: You will manage all influencer marketing activities, coordinating internally with product managers and manufacturers while maintaining direct relationships with external partners. From campaign ideation through contract negotiation to briefing, you serve as the central point of contact.

TikTok Management: As the primary contact for TikTok, you will manage the channel and develop it continuously in partnership with the agency team.

Reporting & Analysis: You will create regular reports on campaign and channel performance.

Product Testing: You will coordinate product testing arrangements with partners.

What We're Looking For

Education: Completed degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing (online preferred), or comparable training.

Experience: Several years of professional experience in social media and performance marketing within a dynamic environment. Affinity for consumer electronics or tech products is valued.

Technical Skills: Fluent German is required. Strong working knowledge of relevant tools including Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Infludata, and common analytics platforms. Experience with ERP systems such as NAV is advantageous. You possess strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.

Personal Attributes: High motivation, strong team collaboration skills, proactive mindset, and creativity. You enjoy contributing your own ideas and shaping marketing strategy.
