Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy based in Bielefeld that is expanding its talent acquisition team. Our client helps organizations across Germany build effective recruitment strategies and delivers measurable hiring results through data-driven campaigns.

This is not a traditional in-house recruitment role. You will own the entire recruitment process for multiple client organizations—from strategy development and client acquisition to campaign execution and candidate placement. If you want to shape how companies attract talent rather than simply fill assigned positions, this role offers that autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze why client organizations struggle to attract candidates and develop recruitment strategies that address root causes in targeting, positioning, channels, and process efficiency
• Present strategic recommendations to decision-makers and secure new client partnerships through proactive outreach, phone contact, and referrals
• Plan and manage recruitment campaigns from launch through completion, adjusting based on performance data
• Screen incoming applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and create memorable candidate experiences
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track key performance metrics, and translate data into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine recruitment methodologies
• Retain ownership of client projects until successful placement

What We're Looking For

• Understanding of how audience targeting, channel selection, and process design work together in recruitment—whether gained through agency work, staffing services, or in-house roles
• Ability to ask incisive questions, think in solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly to executives
• Comfort with business development and client acquisition as part of your role
• Data literacy: you can read campaign metrics, identify patterns, and act on insights
• Self-direction and resilience—you manage your own workflow, stay focused after setbacks, and measure yourself by results
• German language fluency required for client and candidate interaction
• Academic background, vocational training, or career transition welcome—we evaluate capability and drive over credentials

Pay
