About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential social media agency in Berlin that is building a dedicated creative unit for a major account. We're seeking a Senior Creative Concept/Copy professional to join this focused team and transform briefs into platform-spanning campaigns and big ideas.

This role goes beyond traditional copywriting—you'll create social-first creative worlds rather than individual posts. While social media experience is valuable, professionals with classical creative agency backgrounds are equally welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns from initial concept through final execution in close collaboration with the Creative Lead, ensuring platform-appropriate delivery with award-worthy potential
• Write compelling scripts and copy across diverse topics and formats while maintaining distinct brand identity
• Transform ideas into persuasive presentations and confidently present to clients and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a sparring partner for junior and mid-level creatives, actively contributing to the creative development of the account and unit
• Collaborate closely with various departments across the agency

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience as a copywriter or concept creative in social-first agencies, traditional advertising agencies, or mixed environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength, language sensitivity, and ability to develop big ideas
• Team spirit and motivation to independently drive ideas and projects forward
• Natural understanding of social media communication style, or willingness to develop this expertise
• Comprehensive understanding of brand worlds and ability to deliver convincing, consistent creative output within those frameworks
• Fluency in German required for this Berlin-based position
