Strategy Manager Krankentransport (m/w/d) – Business Development & Go-to-Market

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare SaaS organization seeking a Strategy Manager to drive business development and go-to-market initiatives for their medical transport software solutions. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between product and sales teams, taking full ownership of market positioning and new business opportunities.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches in collaboration with the product team
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and verticals, building data-driven business cases to support expansion decisions
• Lead partnership and cooperation negotiations independently with B2B partners from mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Translate product capabilities into compelling sales and marketing narratives that resonate with target customers
• Assess business opportunities using quantitative analysis, prioritizing based on customer value, revenue potential, and implementation effort
• Drive projects autonomously from initial concept through successful market launch and adoption

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business development (enterprise, mid-market, or scale-up/start-up), or marketing with clear go-to-market focus
• Proven track record of independently leading cooperation or contract negotiations with B2B partners from larger organizations
• Strong autonomy and ability to steer projects dynamically across product and sales functions
• Confident working with numbers and financial models to build robust business cases
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system is a plus but not required
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, decisive nature, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Very strong German language skills, both written and spoken
