Stage – Customer Care : Onboarding – Gestion locative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential property technology client in Paris that is transforming how rental properties are managed. Our client has experienced rapid growth in their rental management division, now overseeing thousands of properties across France.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Intern to join their onboarding and rental management team. This is a 6-month internship opportunity based in central Paris with occasional remote work options.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the first operational point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey:

• Invite and follow up with clients to configure their properties within the platform
• Verify submitted information and collect any missing documentation from clients
• Validate opening balances with clients, including tenant accounts and security deposits
• Conduct kick-off calls and follow-up communications with new clients
• Manage administrative tracking of client files from start to finish
• Provide customer service and support, responding to questions from clients and tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Contribute to building and refining team processes as the division continues to scale

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone who combines technical rigor with exceptional interpersonal skills:

• Currently pursuing studies in real estate, property management, or a related field, seeking a 6-month internship
• Alternatively, prior experience in customer-facing roles is valued
• Outstanding communication skills with empathy and comfort conducting phone conversations
• Meticulous attention to detail with impeccable written French
• Proactive mindset with a genuine customer service orientation
• Organizational skills and comfort working in a technology-driven environment
• Appreciation for autonomy, versatility, and contributing to a rapidly growing service offering

Pay

This is an internship position offering a monthly stipend of €1,000 gross (or €1,200 gross for final-year Master's students), plus meal vouchers with 50% employer contribution, 50% public transport reimbursement, wellness benefits, and half a day of leave per month (cumulative).
