Staff Product Manager, Dashboard

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead their dashboard product strategy. This is a high-impact role shaping how millions of users worldwide interact with complex financial tools and workflows. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment as the organization transforms its dashboard into a power tool for payment professionals.

This position requires deep systems thinking, strong storytelling ability, and data-driven decision making. You'll work horizontally across engineering, design, and product teams to drive company-level changes that improve usability, discoverability, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a dashboard platform used by millions of businesses
• Evolve navigation, search, and information architecture to increase user productivity and product discovery
• Develop and execute a strategy for personalization that serves diverse business models
• Create frameworks and playbooks for interoperability across multiple product layers
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams across multiple time zones (PST, EST, CET)
• Define and track success metrics for quality, performance, and user satisfaction
• Partner with third-party developers to enhance ecosystem integration
• Work with senior leadership to establish and maintain quality standards at scale

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, design, or engineering
• At least 3+ years in a senior capacity making company-level product decisions
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and machine learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across business, design, and engineering audiences
• Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives that influence technical roadmaps

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building complex personalization systems
• Track record developing governance frameworks that balance usage and discovery
• Strong perspective on integrating third-party applications into first-party experiences
• Passion for performance optimization and fast software
• Comfort using social media to gather direct customer feedback
