Role Overview
As a Speciality Client Partner, you will serve as the primary strategic contact for our healthcare clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with payers and providers across assigned regions. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while supporting client growth and satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Core Duties
- Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare payer and provider clients across the Eastern and Central regions
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, escalations, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and integrated solutions
- Identify client needs and opportunities for business growth and service expansion
- Monitor client satisfaction and partnership outcomes, implementing improvements where needed
- Prepare regular reports and updates on client engagement and business performance
