Join The People Concern as Deputy Executive Director, Operations for TPC Homes, a full-time, exempt management position overseeing operational leadership for our Housing Development program in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. Based at our Arlington Administration office, this role reports directly to the Executive Director of TPC Homes and offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence for a mission-driven housing initiative.
About the Role
As Deputy Executive Director, Operations, you'll serve as a key member of senior leadership for TPC Homes, managing critical operational functions that support our housing development mission. This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with four days per week in-person at our Los Angeles headquarters, with regular office hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate operational strategies for the TPC Homes housing development program
- Support the Executive Director in achieving program objectives and organizational goals
- Oversee administrative functions and staff coordination within the Housing Development Department
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure effective resource allocation
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate across departments to ensure program success and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor program performance and report to executive leadership

Location & Schedule
This position is based at our Arlington Administration office located at 2116 Arlington Ave., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90018. The role requires in-person work four days per week with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
