Solution Architect – LangGraph & Agentic AI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture of enterprise agentic AI platforms and applications. In this role, you will:

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise AI agent and agentic workflow solutions, working with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities
• Design architectures for single-agent and multi-agent applications, translating business requirements, processes, SLAs, security requirements, and technical constraints into production-ready solutions
• Evaluate architectural alternatives and document key technical decisions, defining reusable architecture patterns for agentic AI solutions
• Design comprehensive enterprise agent architectures incorporating LLMs, graph-based frameworks, RAG, enterprise data, APIs, workflow engines, human approval processes, observability, security, and governance
• Define appropriate boundaries between AI reasoning and deterministic business logic, including state management, persistence, recovery, and long-running agent workflows
• Design scalable AI application architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), defining compute, networking, storage, API, security, and platform requirements
• Create integration designs between AI agents and enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms with secure mechanisms for agent tool access
• Establish security and governance principles for enterprise AI agents, addressing risks including prompt injection, data leakage, unauthorized tool usage, and sensitive-data exposure
• Define architecture for AI application monitoring, observability, evaluation approaches, and operational processes for production agents
• Work directly with senior stakeholders, lead architecture workshops, and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide technical direction to AI engineers, developers, data teams, and platform engineers while mentoring teams and promoting reusable patterns

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in solution architecture, software architecture, AI architecture, or a related role
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying graph-based AI applications or agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of LLM application architectures and enterprise AI/ML solutions in production
• Deep knowledge of RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs
• Experience with security, governance, observability, and operational requirements for production systems
• Strong technical understanding of Python and modern software engineering practices

Desirable experience:

• Multi-agent architectures and enterprise RAG platforms
• Vector databases and Kubernetes
• Event-driven architectures and microservices
• Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps
• AI security and responsible AI frameworks
• Large-scale enterprise transformation
• Direct experience working with senior client stakeholders
