Senior Strategist (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking an experienced Senior Strategist to join their Stuttgart team. Our client is known for developing compelling brand narratives and integrated communication strategies for complex, high-profile clients across B2C and B2B sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior talent, and shape how brands connect with audiences across traditional and digital channels. You'll work as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with interdisciplinary creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand positioning, architecture development, and long-term brand management for major accounts
• Develop integrated communication and channel strategies, including social media and digital ecosystems
• Take strategic ownership of client relationships and proactively drive account growth
• Participate in new business development, including chemistry meetings and pitch processes
• Design and facilitate strategic workshops and client sessions
• Guide market and user research initiatives, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Create and deliver high-impact presentations in both German and English
• Mentor and develop junior strategists within the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of strategic experience in agency or brand environments
• Proven track record leading complex client relationships and strategic initiatives
• Strong expertise across brand strategy, communication strategy, and channel planning
• Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems, platforms, and trends
• Experience with B2B communication and employer branding is highly valued
• Ability to distill complexity into clear, inspiring, and actionable strategies
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in German and English
• Analytical mindset combined with creative thinking and cultural awareness
• Leadership qualities with a collaborative, hands-on approach to teamwork
• Proficiency with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint)
