About This Position
As a Service Delivery Associate at Telefonica Tech, you'll play a central role within our delivery operations function, working remotely to coordinate and oversee the smooth execution of service delivery activities. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track service delivery metrics to ensure performance against agreed standards and SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate problems through appropriate channels
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of delivery activities, communications, and outcomes
- Support the preparation of delivery reports and provide insights for continuous process improvement
- Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on service status and delivery progress
- Contribute to the optimisation of delivery workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency

- Experience or familiarity with IT service delivery, operations, or related functions
