Senior Technical Asset Manager – Real Estate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate advisory organization seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager to join their growing team across multiple German cities (Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt, or Munich).

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical asset management projects and assignments, managing stakeholder communications in both German and English
• Support clients in developing investment and development strategies with focus on permitting, compliance, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with external facility managers, property managers, architects, specialized planners, and project controllers to create and implement detailed CAPEX and OPEX plans
• Work cross-functionally with transactions, management, sustainability, and infrastructure teams while building strong client and consultant relationships
• Contribute to the development and expansion of technical asset management services within a pan-European context

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Project Management, Cost Management, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical/business discipline
• Several years of professional experience in asset management or comparable consulting services within the real estate sector
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong client service orientation and attention to detail
• Talent for developing and maintaining close relationships with clients and colleagues in an international environment
• Fluent German and English language skills for clear and professional communication of technical content
• Comfortable working across domestic and international office locations
