Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the home services platform sector, seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their Salesforce and internal enablement initiatives. This role will transform core CRM and operational infrastructure to support the next phase of business growth.

In this position, you will:

• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap that translates growth goals into a modern, scalable CRM ecosystem
• Combine user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify root problems and validate high-impact opportunities
• Challenge legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities, clean data flows, and clear technical boundaries between systems
• Make evidence-based decisions to prioritize your backlog, focusing on business growth and operational scalability
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Data teams, and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle and release incremental value
• Align business stakeholders across Sales and Operations, guiding internal teams through training, change management, and process adoption
• Track success metrics to measure operational efficiency gains and explore AI applications to optimize workflows

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager driving large-scale CRM transformations with deep hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (certifications are a strong plus)
• Expertise in continuous product discovery and translating high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-based metrics
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and complex adjacent tools
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and drive product adoption across all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and innovation
• Business fluency in both English and German required to collaborate with tech teams and drive change management with local operational staff

Location: Berlin, Germany – Hybrid working model with monthly office presence required for team days, workshops, and meetings
