Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Fulda seeking a talented Content Creator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life across multiple social media platforms for diverse client brands.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing creative content ideas tailored to different clients, brands, and target audiences
• Planning and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Producing photo and video content both in-house and on-site at client locations
• Filming and editing Reels, short-form videos, Stories, and other social media formats
• Writing compelling captions and messaging appropriate for various channels
• Editing and post-processing video and image materials
• Supporting the development of editorial calendars and content plans
• Monitoring current social media trends and adapting them for client campaigns
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams

What We're Looking For

Our client values demonstrated ability over formal credentials. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience creating social media content—whether professionally, freelance, or through personal projects
• Strong instinct for visual storytelling, composition, and current social media trends
• Confidence working with photo and video equipment
• Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar applications
• Creativity combined with the ability to adapt content for different businesses and audiences
• Independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Excellent German language skills with strong writing ability
• Willingness to appear on camera is a plus
• Class B driver's license preferred, as content production sometimes occurs at client sites
