100% Remote – 75k – Senior Fullstack-Entwickler*in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR-tech organization seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their remote team. In this role, you will drive the development of both backend and frontend systems, building new features independently while actively contributing to architecture and technology decisions. You'll work on creating applications that are not only high-performing but also intuitive and enjoyable for every user.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Developing and maintaining backend services, frontend interfaces, and APIs
• Implementing new features end-to-end with ownership and autonomy
• Participating in technical and architectural decision-making
• Writing and maintaining comprehensive tests across the stack (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
• Collaborating within an agile team using CI/CD processes
• Keeping customer needs at the forefront of all technical decisions

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a developer with strong fullstack capabilities and the following qualifications:

• Solid experience with modern frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, or Laravel (Rails experience is a plus)
• Genuine enthusiasm for frontend development; experience with Vue.js is valuable
• Familiarity with AWS or eagerness to learn AWS technologies
• Strong commitment to testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (e.g., Cypress)
• Experience working in agile teams with CI/CD workflows, ideally using GitHub Actions
• Ability to maintain overview of the entire application while working comfortably across backend and frontend
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving complex problems creatively
• Strong interest in shaping product direction and making technical decisions
• Good German language skills in both written and spoken communication

This is a permanent, full-time position (100% remote) based in Münster, with flexible working hours allowing you to work when you're most productive.
