About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their Growth Marketing team in Saint-Denis. This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience for high-traffic digital platforms across multiple markets and devices.
You'll work closely with the Lead of UX/UI to execute the UX vision for customer-facing experiences, analyzing and optimizing every step of the user journey to drive performance and business value.
Responsibilities
- Deliver UX/UI vision for websites and mobile applications in collaboration with marketing, business, and technical teams
- Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all devices and touchpoints
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to platform performance improvement through data-driven design decisions
- Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address e-commerce challenges
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company Design System
- Work closely with Business and Product Tech teams to design solutions that balance business objectives with technical feasibility
- Maintain quality standards for business requests and technical deliveries
- Support Tech Roadmap definition and project prioritization through design validation
- Participate actively in team rituals and collaborative planning sessions
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends and innovations
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a primary focus on e-commerce environments
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly those with high daily traffic volumes
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous in driving projects forward
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and improve process weaknesses
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse departments including IT, Data Science, Legal, and Finance
- Fluent English is required
- International experience is a plus
Team Environment: You'll join a team of 5 UX/UI designers plus a Lead UX/UI, working alongside SEO specialists, business process owners, and product analysts. The team owns front-end roadmaps and coordinates with multiple departments across the organization.
