Senior Solution Architect / Facharchitekt*

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization in München that delivers custom software solutions for high-profile clients across automotive, public sector, media, and insurance industries. In this senior solution architect role, you will:

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures that align business requirements with technical capabilities
• Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation
• Serve as the bridge between business units and IT, translating complex business requirements into actionable architectures
• Advise clients on strategic IT landscape planning and guide them toward optimal solutions
• Lead requirements engineering efforts and deliver high-level IT consulting for enterprise clients

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
• Extensive professional experience in solution architecture design, requirements engineering, and IT consulting
• Ideally, experience in the automotive sector and/or public sector
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into IT solution concepts
• High empathy and skill in quickly understanding client challenges and developing convincing, sustainable solution ideas
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders up to executive level
• Fluent German (minimum C1) and very good English (minimum B2)
