Senior Social Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Senior Social Executive to join their paid social team in London. This role sits within a fast-paced activation environment where you'll manage end-to-end social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and launching paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok and other platforms, ensuring adherence to best practice standards
• Conducting quality assurance checks on campaign builds and working with cross-functional teams to maintain high delivery standards
• Monitoring campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting issues, and optimising activity to meet KPIs
• Producing detailed weekly and monthly performance reports in Microsoft Excel, complete with insightful commentary that identifies trends and recommends actionable next steps
• Supporting more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reviews, quarterly business reviews, and standalone project work
• Contributing actively to client calls and building trusted relationships with marketing stakeholders
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while communicating clearly with internal and external partners via email, chat, video and in-person
• Providing guidance to junior team members and participating in internal training sessions
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of finance processes to support prompt invoicing and payment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience setting up and optimising paid social campaigns on one or more major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok); platform certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus
• Strong foundational knowledge of paid social strategy, best practices, objectives, formats and audience targeting techniques
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with comfort handling large data sets and budgets
• Experience compiling performance reports and writing insightful commentary for clients
• Agency experience, particularly within social or activation teams, is preferred but not essential
• A collaborative, friendly approach with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork ethic
• The right to work in the UK (this is a requirement for the role)

This is a hybrid role based in London, with approximately four days per week in the office.
