Senior Precision Manager

We are representing a confidential media agency in their search for a Senior Precision Manager to join their entertainment client hub in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on multi-market digital campaigns across Europe while being part of a growing and ambitious account team.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships through regular contact via weekly calls and campaign updates
• Own finance and compliance processes for campaigns and activations
• Manage workstreams in liaison with senior leadership while supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Develop strong relationships with key media partners, managing the entire campaign lifecycle from briefing through to post-campaign reporting
• Create and deliver strategy and ideation aligned to client briefs
• Oversee campaign processes including financial coordination, creative coordination, and activation management
• Coordinate with ad operations teams to implement trafficking and tagging requirements
• Manage campaign QA and go-live processes
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver client reporting
• Support broader team initiatives on campaign planning projects and client requests
• Develop intelligent cross-channel, full-funnel strategies working closely with channel-specific managers

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital media with solid expertise in digital activations and multi-market campaigns
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven people management and leadership qualities
• Proactive, logical, and practical approach to problem-solving
• Creative mindset with ability to think strategically
• Ability to manage relationships upwards and downwards effectively
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)
