Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) German speaking

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Salesforce consulting organization in Berlin seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with German language skills. You will join delivery teams working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading development and deployment of Salesforce solutions using configuration and custom code
• Building end-to-end solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or SAP CPI
• Working closely with solution architects and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Contributing to DevOps automation using Git, Gearset, or DevOps Center
• Supporting defect resolution, enhancements, and roll-out activities
• Staying current on Salesforce innovations and contributing to internal team growth

You will typically work in agile project teams of 4-7 people and collaborate regularly with development teams of 5-10 to improve processes.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
• Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce implementations
• Understanding of integration design, platform limits, and test automation
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tooling
• Experience working in structured project teams or consulting environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex technical issues
• Professional fluency in both German and English (you will work directly with German-speaking clients and international teams)
• Drive to improve performance, automation, and usability
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across technical and functional teams
• Willingness to learn Consumer Goods Cloud and apply it in live client programs

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer)
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Consumer Goods Cloud
• Background in consumer goods or retail client delivery
• Familiarity with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail
• Experience with XML-based design contracts and Cordova mobile framework
• Additional languages beyond German and English
