Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) German speaking

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their German delivery team. You will be part of agile project teams working across multiple Salesforce cloud solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud implementations for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will:

• Lead development and deployment of Salesforce solutions using both configuration and custom code
• Build end-to-end technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver scalable implementations
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities
• Contribute to DevOps automation using Git-based version control and CI/CD tooling
• Support defect resolution, enhancements, and deployment activities
• Work regularly with teams of 5-10 developers to improve existing processes and share knowledge
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and contribute to internal technical initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow development
• Experience delivering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce implementations
• Understanding of integration design patterns, platform limits, and test automation
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tooling
• Experience working in structured project teams or consulting environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for complex technical issues
• Professional fluency in both German and English (required for client-facing work)
• Demonstrated drive to improve processes, automation, and code quality
• Collaborative mindset for working across technical and functional teams

Preferred experience:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer)
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Consumer Goods Cloud
• Background delivering for consumer goods or retail sector clients
• Familiarity with agile delivery tools and methodologies
• Experience with mobile frameworks or XML-based design contracts
