Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise technology organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations across France. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor ensuring deployment success and business value realization for enterprise accounts.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff through sign-off in fast-paced environments
• Preparing enterprise customers for deployment by establishing clear success criteria, tracking deliverables, setting targets, and managing resources within deadlines and budgets
• Proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and technical dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before escalation
• Serving as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional internal teams, and third-party partners
• Executing quality control throughout project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards and customer business objectives
• Partnering with leadership to build, refine, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including standard operating procedures and key performance indicators
• Flagging bottlenecks and recommending improvements that enhance operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a professional services or consulting organization
• Previous experience managing customers from financial services, government, or healthcare industries
• Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercising strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations
• Expert knowledge of modern project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Asana, as well as Google Workspace
• Fluent written and spoken French and English skills
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Recognized credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, knowledge of Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or Lean frameworks
• Prior hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in data management, cloud infrastructure, data protection, enterprise storage, cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery
• Financial acumen regarding professional services metrics including revenue recognition, margin, utilization, and project profitability
• Experience contributing to PMO governance practices
