Senior Solutions Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential conversational AI platform serving enterprise clients across multiple industries. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in France to join a fast-growing technology organization at a pivotal stage.

This is a foundational technical hire who will work at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You'll serve as a technical advisor to enterprise prospects, driving value-based solutions and integration of AI-powered platforms into complex customer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions that deliver strong return on investment
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for end users
• Develop custom demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and business value
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, business users, and engineering teams
• Drive technical discovery and solutioning in pre-sales cycles
• Support integration planning for AI-native platforms within enterprise environments

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering (pre-sales)
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Functional understanding of go-to-market systems and workflows
• Ability to architect technical solutions that align with business outcomes
• Experience presenting to and influencing technical and business decision-makers

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
