Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketplace organization in their search for a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Search. In this role, you will:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns on a daily basis, focusing on profitability and return on ad spend
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and execute ad copy testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to develop advanced reporting systems and extract actionable insights
• Monitor industry trends and test innovative strategies to identify growth opportunities in paid search
• Utilize AI tools and automation workflows for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection to enhance efficiency
• Drive growth across both sides of a two-sided marketplace through expertly managed paid marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search Marketing with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Proven experience managing budgets, optimizing bids, and tracking performance metrics
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with display or video advertising channels
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform management
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques
• Comfort working with AI tools and automation scripts to streamline reporting and analysis
