Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital platform organization in their search for a Senior Sales Manager to drive brand and performance advertising growth. In this role, you will:

• Build and own your customer pipeline from the ground up through proactive outreach and cold calling, leveraging internal AI-powered tools for lead identification and research
• Close deals with major brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature
• Scale revenue by thinking beyond standard packages—identify opportunities for upsells, add-ons, and cross-media concepts that deliver measurable impact
• Serve as a creative sparring partner for clients, developing innovative approaches that maximize their visibility and campaign effectiveness on the platform
• Act as a mentor within the sales team, sharing your expertise and driving collective ambition to achieve breakthrough results

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of proven experience in media or advertising sales, ideally with a focus on branding or platform campaigns
• Demonstrable track record of winning major brand clients and establishing significant revenue streams
• Hunter mentality with a passion for sales—you thrive on cold outreach and are driven by an unwavering commitment to success
• Strong network within the agency and brand ecosystem that you can activate immediately
• Strategic thinking with the courage to pursue ambitious deals and find creative solutions where others see obstacles
• Self-organized, highly focused work style with genuine entrepreneurial spirit
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
