(Senior) CRM Manager:in (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social platform organization in Berlin seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their 5-person CRM team. In this role, you will:

• Drive engagement objectives such as Daily Active Users through strategic CRM initiatives
• Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in coordination with content and advertising teams, focusing on improving click-through rates
• Design and optimize automated campaigns including onboarding, reactivation, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messages
• Develop meaningful user segmentations based on interests and behavioral patterns to deliver personalized experiences
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted measures
• Create regular reports on tests conducted and goal achievement in your area
• Coordinate with the team on best practices, content strategies, and optimal send times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of CRM experience
• Strong expertise with Braze CRM platform
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities and strong KPI interpretation skills
• Creative approach to increasing user engagement
• Self-directed and structured working style with proven ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
• Demonstrated experience setting up multi-channel journeys and A/B tests, analyzing results, and deriving actionable recommendations
• Technical proficiency with CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability topics, and tool optimization
• Native-level German and fluent English language skills
• Passion for developing digital products with social impact
