Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes with interdisciplinary teams, serving as Product Owner in agile environments
• Deliver projects across diverse technology stacks including content management systems, form management platforms, low-code solutions, custom applications, and cloud infrastructure
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and recommend solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Manage large cross-functional project teams and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop actionable recommendations, and drive change management processes
• Contribute to methodology development and mentor project management colleagues

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Strong command of agile or classical project management methodologies; certification highly valued (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Passion for delivering exceptional digital projects such as websites, intranets, mobile applications, and enterprise systems
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and genuine interest in understanding client needs, with an eye for business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
