Werkstudent Event Marketing (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech client in München who is looking for a motivated working student to support their event marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management while supporting a dynamic marketing team in a fast-growing technology environment.

Our talent team is seeking someone who thrives on organization, enjoys tactical execution, and wants to learn the full lifecycle of event coordination from logistics through to follow-up and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, pack and ship event materials to various venues and locations
• Order and manage inventory of promotional items, giveaways, equipment and event supplies
• Maintain organized storage and conduct regular inventory of event materials
• Provide on-site support at events as needed
• Create and manage event entries in internal systems
• Maintain event databases, participant lists and CRM records with accuracy
• Support participant management from registration through post-event follow-up
• Handle administrative preparation and wrap-up tasks for events
• Maintain checklists, process documentation and organizational overviews
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the event marketing team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university (required for working student status)
• Strong interest in event management, marketing or organizational coordination
• Careful, reliable and structured approach to work
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to handle physical tasks such as material preparation, packing and inventory management
• Ability to juggle multiple parallel tasks and maintain oversight
• Clear and dependable communication style
• Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly learn new systems
• Very good German language skills (required)
• Good English language skills
