Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects. In this role, you will:

• Deliver major IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
• Manage projects across diverse technology environments including content management systems, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
• Guide clients throughout project lifecycles on digital transformation questions and recommend appropriate solutions
• Oversee large cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
• Advance project management methodologies and mentor other project managers, as leadership responsibility is expected at senior level

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership
• Strong command of agile and classical project methodologies; certification highly valued (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects such as websites, intranets, mobile applications, digital application systems, or enterprise applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with keen understanding of client needs and business development potential
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all organizational levels confidently and explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
