About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization in München that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact IT initiatives. Our talent team is seeking an experienced project leader who thrives in complex technical environments and enjoys guiding interdisciplinary teams through digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes; serve as Product Owner in agile project setups
- Manage projects across diverse technology landscapes including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, workplace solutions, and cloud environments
- Provide ongoing consultation to clients on digital transformation topics throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee large interdisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces across the organization
- Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
- Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
- Contribute to methodology development and provide guidance to project management colleagues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
- Strong command of agile or traditional project methodologies; certification preferred (e.g., PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist)
- Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications
- Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with an intuitive understanding of client needs and business development opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate all levels of project organization and convey complex topics clearly to various audiences
- Completed university degree
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
