Senior Product Manager Digital Health (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization that is transforming how musculoskeletal conditions are treated through innovative app-based therapy solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Berlin-based product leadership group in a hybrid capacity.

This is a high-impact role where you will own a central product or growth area, driving meaningful improvements in patient outcomes and clinical workflows. You will sit at the intersection of medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a strategic product area along the patient, therapy, or practice journey
• Conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service ideas using outcome-driven methodologies
• Prepare validated concepts for structured implementation across cross-functional teams
• Drive expansion of the digital therapy offering to better support patients and healthcare providers
• Build product capabilities that strengthen long-term customer relationships and create value beyond the core therapy phase
• Act as the key interface between clinical, engineering, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders
• Use data-driven decision-making to steer by impact rather than output

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally as Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager or Product Owner
• Digital health background: Previous experience in digital health, medical technology, or similar regulated environments strongly preferred; direct experience with digital therapeutics regulatory frameworks (DiGA, MDR) is a significant plus
• Proven ownership: Track record of independently owning a digital product area with demonstrable impact on user and business outcomes
• Outcome focus: Natural comfort with data-driven decisions and measuring success through impact metrics
• Stakeholder leadership: Confident communication across C-level, engineering, regulatory, and clinical teams
• AI fluency: Pragmatic use of AI tools in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping, with sound judgment about when human expertise remains essential
• Healthcare empathy: Strong understanding of medical contexts, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset
• Language skills: Excellent German and English (C1 or above in both languages required)
• Healthcare stakeholder experience: Previous work with physicians, practice teams, medical assistants, or patients is highly valued
