(Senior) CRM Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential meal delivery company in Berlin, and we're seeking a talented CRM Manager to join their Marketing team. In this role, you will:

• Continuously develop and optimize the CRM and lifecycle strategy to strengthen customer relationships
• Build and refine scalable customer journeys and marketing automations
• Own the CRM roadmap and drive personalization and segmentation initiatives
• Develop innovative CRM programs to increase retention, customer lifetime value, and brand loyalty
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, and Technology to enhance the overall customer experience
• Establish a data-driven testing and experimentation culture within the CRM function

What We're Looking For

• Self-directed professional with strong proactive problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to design analyses and translate insights into business decisions and campaign optimizations
• Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Openness to feedback with a consistent focus on measurable results
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating across teams to align CRM strategy with broader marketing initiatives
• Valid work permit in Germany is required
