About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthy food delivery organization expanding their retail presence in Berlin Mitte. Our client is seeking motivated working students to drive local growth and customer engagement at their store location.

This role combines hands-on retail operations with proactive customer acquisition. You'll be the face of the brand, engaging passersby, creating memorable shopping experiences, and contributing directly to local market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach pedestrians outside the store to generate foot traffic and attract new customers
• Serve as a brand ambassador, providing enthusiastic product consultation and answering customer questions
• Create memorable customer experiences that drive repeat business
• Support daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions
• Ensure optimal product presentation and inventory replenishment
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform retail strategy improvements
• Maintain operational excellence during high-traffic periods

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a university student (ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Retail Management, though not mandatory)
• Outgoing personality with no hesitation approaching and engaging strangers
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Hands-on mentality with ability to maintain composure during busy periods
• Previous experience in promotions, sales, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but motivation is most important
• Valid work authorization in Germany required
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility from day one
