Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization focused on sustainable mobility and energy transition. As a working student in study and project coordination, you will support the Monitoring & Analysis team with organizational and technical tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the conception, coordination, and execution of research studies
• Assisting with preparation, facilitation, and evaluation of working meetings and workshops, including invitation management
• Researching and preparing information for briefing documents and talking points
• Supporting the creation of presentations and reports
• Managing pre- and post-workshop coordination tasks
• Handling organizational duties within your team

What We're Looking For

• Current student in social sciences, political sciences, engineering, economics, or a comparable field, preferably in higher semesters
• Ideally, knowledge of statistical evaluation of surveys
• Preferably experience with questionnaire design and study methodology through your studies or previous working student position
• Strong interest in electric mobility topics and desire to contribute to the energy transition in transportation
• Good command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Very good German and good English skills

Position Details

This is a working student position based in Berlin (Fasanenstrasse) with excellent public transport connections. The role offers flexible remote work up to 60% of working time. Weekly hours are by arrangement, ideally 19.5 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your study timetable. The initial contract is for 12 months with extension intended. Benefits include subsidized public transport ticket and fitness membership.
