Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Culture to lead strategic messaging and cultural initiatives that unite our people across Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll shape how our organization communicates internally and foster a connected, engaged workplace culture in our Québec office and beyond.

What This Role Involves

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to influence how thousands of employees understand company direction, connect with colleagues, and experience organizational culture. Working primarily onsite four days per week in our Québec location—with flexibility to work from any of our Canadian offices as needed—you'll be the strategic voice behind internal communication initiatives and cultural programs that drive engagement and alignment across the firm.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated internal communication strategies that connect leadership vision to team action and cascading organizational priorities
  • Create compelling content for employee communication channels, from executive updates to departmental messaging and cultural storytelling
  • Design and lead cultural initiatives that strengthen workplace belonging, celebrate achievements, and reinforce organizational values
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to understand communication needs and gather input
  • Oversee internal communication teams and coordinate with external partners to support campaign execution
  • Assess and measure effectiveness of communication programs through feedback, engagement analytics, and impact evaluation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational culture roles at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into clear, compelling communication narratives for diverse audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating professional content
  • Experience managing communication teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, organizational development, and change management best practices
  • Proficiency with communication platforms, digital tools, and content management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, human resources, or related field
