About the Role
As Head of Program Development, Quality and Impact, you'll lead the strategic vision and execution of programs that serve our 76,000-plus members across Canada. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, quality assurance, and measurable outcomes—ensuring every program reflects our commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where young women can grow, discover their potential, and build meaningful connections with peers and mentors.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and refine program frameworks that align with organizational values and member needs
- Establish and maintain quality standards across all program offerings nationwide
- Design and implement evaluation systems that track program impact and outcomes
- Collaborate with regional teams, volunteers, and leadership to ensure consistent program delivery
- Identify emerging opportunities to enhance programming and member engagement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program development, strategy, or organizational leadership
- Strong capability in designing and managing quality assurance processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop evaluation frameworks and interpret impact data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
