Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior IT Consultant & Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between business units and technology teams. In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver classical and agile IT projects independently from concept through successful implementation
- Gather, analyze, and manage requirements while coordinating closely with business stakeholders and development teams
- Drive optimization and evolution of IT systems and processes
- Maintain collaborative, transparent communication with client organizations
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
Our client needs someone with proven expertise bridging business and technology:
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and leading IT projects, ideally within banking or insurance sectors
- Methodological experience in project management or business analysis
- Knowledge of software development, programming, and databases
- Independent, structured working style with strong empathetic communication skills
- Fluent German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
This is a remote position based in Germany with 2-3 on-site visits per month for team events and training sessions.
