(Senior) International B2B Account Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in their search for a Senior International B2B Account Manager to develop and execute B2B sales strategy across European markets. This is a permanent position based in Munich, with remote flexibility available.

Our talent team is seeking a driven sales professional who will focus on acquiring new business clients and building strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers. You will own the full sales cycle and contribute to scaling an exciting growth segment within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the B2B customer segment by establishing relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers across your assigned region
• Develop and grow existing accounts to achieve regional sales targets
• Lead the complete sales cycle independently—from prospecting and pitching through to project closure—using data-driven and AI-supported tools for pipeline optimization
• Support development of large-scale B2B projects and help establish scalable internal processes for the architecture and design business line
• Create and implement retention and upselling initiatives while continuously monitoring customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with senior leadership on key presentations and represent the organization at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs throughout Europe

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success in business development and account management within B2B furniture, home and living, or design industries
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities with precision
• Experience structuring and managing complex, cross-functional projects involving stakeholders at various organizational levels
• An established network within the European design community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to driving revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus fluency in Spanish and/or French; additional European languages are advantageous
