About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the DACH region that is expanding its creator marketing and affiliate partnerships. As a working student in Creator Marketing, you'll support our client's team in building and managing their creator network, focusing on measurable revenue impact through data-driven partnerships.

This is a hybrid position based in Mannheim, requiring regular on-site presence. The role is designed for enrolled students, with a maximum of 20 hours per week during lecture periods.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant content creators across the DACH region using platforms like Linkster and Storyclash
• Support outreach efforts to establish new creator partnerships
• Manage and grow the affiliate creator pool in UpPromote, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management
• Track and analyze creator partnership performance using key metrics including contribution margin and net sales
• Monitor social media trends and the creator landscape, bringing forward ideas for potential collaborations
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to streamline research, content screening, and administrative tasks
• Contribute to team projects aligned with broader performance objectives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student with availability for up to 20 hours per week during lecture periods
• Experience with or strong interest in creator marketing, social media, or influencer partnerships
• Familiarity with creator marketing tools (Linkster, Storyclash, UpPromote) or ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Active use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily work
• Self-motivated and responsible work style with ability to manage tasks independently
• Strong sense for social media trends and audience engagement
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken

Beneficial but not required:

• Personal experience as a content creator or working with creator communities
• Background in lifestyle, fashion, or accessories sectors
• Understanding of e-commerce performance metrics such as net sales and contribution margin
