Working Student (m/f/d) – Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential logistics organization, is seeking a Working Student to support their freight forwarding team in Hamburg. In this role, you will maintain and update shipment data across various systems and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will handle data entry, organization, and management of logistics-related documents while supporting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks. Your work will help keep processes and documentation current, and you'll collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Good organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Good German language skills and basic English proficiency
• Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous but not required
• Currently enrolled as a student
