Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
- Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, and workplace solutions
- Guide clients throughout the project lifecycle on digital transformation questions and recommend solutions from the company portfolio
- Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
- Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
- Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management with proven ability to independently lead projects
- Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; relevant certification preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
- Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with a strong sense for client needs and business development opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to navigate all levels of project organizations and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
- Completed university degree
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications
