The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced HR professional ready to take on a strategic senior advisor role. As a Senior HR Advisor at Phoenix Software, you'll play a central part in shaping our people practices, supporting line managers, and ensuring our team environment reflects our values. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and line managers on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations matters
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting through to onboarding and integration of new team members

  • Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to support staff capability and career progression
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, data protection regulations, and current HR legislation
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics, trends, and staff engagement to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance company culture and create a supportive, inclusive workplace

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or equivalent HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR, and current HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance operational and people challenges
  • Experience working in the technology or software sector preferred
  • Professional HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent valued
